my mum has been ill for a while now and she loves gardening so my dad made a tool for the garden to help her, ( i dont want to give out to much info as i think it will be great for so many gardeners, i dont want the idea pinched) anyway when mum started using it neighbours who are elderly or disabled saw it and got my dad to make them one, since making the initial one he has made about 30 more for family ( me ) and more freinds and neighbours. any way lol the question is how can we get it made by the big boys and get it into garden centres, were sure it will be such a seller. also how would i go about stopping someone pinching my dad's idea? any help would be great. amny thanks in advance

First do you plan to try and sell the Idea / plans or have someone produce then for resale?
If you are the one producing them, you will meed to locate a company that will mass produce them. This will be a costly outlay. You will need VERY good liability insurance in the event someone is injured using your product.
Best advice is retain an attorney to to get your plans off the drawing board and put into action.

Bazen pa jezero / swimming pool - fish pond to be... DIY

This is not an easy way to change a bit your backyard, but it looks great! I came up with this idea to make a fish pond, which is, as you see - not so small. All you need is good will, patience, basic gardening tools and minimum of money. This was made by my boyfriend and me with no interfereance of anyone else whatsoever. It looked so refreshing during these hot days, so we decided that it will be a small swimming pool during this summer.
